Jonathan Greene is a technologist living in Chicago, Illinois . He currently works at Northwestern University optimizing business processes, through the use of service management principles, to deliver outstanding value to the business. He believes the relationships that are built during day to day interactions provide immediate, and long lasting business impact to organizations.
Jonathan received his Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University in March 2014. He has studied programming languages, application development, project management, systems analysis and design, telecommunications and networking, and business continuity and disaster recovery.
